Default internet connections

You can order a(n) (default) internet connection for your event quickly and easily. We offer various speeds (suitable for (for example) web and email, etc.); possibly with a fixed public IP address*:

10 Mbit up/down
25 Mbit up/down
50 Mbit up/down
10 Mbit up/down + 1 fixed public IP address
25 Mbit up/down + 1 fixed public IP address
50 Mbit up/down + 1 fixed public IP address

Fast internet connections

Are you looking for high quality fast internet? In this area we also offer various speeds (suitable for (for example) streaming (fiber), a backup line, etc.); possibly with one or more fixed public IP addresses. Contact your local representative within Rotterdam Ahoy or contact Ahoy ICT.

Wifi

Free wifi is available for visitors / customers only within the Plaza and C&V based on a 'fair use' policy. This service is without guarantee regarding capacity / speed (bandwith) and is only suitable for small internet traffic (email, visiting websites, etc.) purposes.

Wifi backstage at the Arena is mostly available and can be purchased as a service at Rotterdam Ahoy. This service is without guarantee regarding capacity / speed (bandwith) and is only suitable for small internet traffic (email, visiting websites, etc.) purposes.

We can offer you a quote based on requirements (bandwith, capacity, onsite support, etc.) and purposes (use of an app, etc.) if you require capacity / speed (bandwith) guarantee at wifi within (certain) parts of the complex (one or more hallen, Arena, Plaza, etc.). The use of private wifi (wireless access points / hotspots) is prohibited with regards to interference.
